Reservation Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one nights room and tax must be received
within 5 days of verbal confirmation.
If Payment is received less than 15 days prior to arrival date,
acceptable forms of payment are credit card,
cashiers check or money order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation or Date Change, regardless of reason,
is subject to a minimum $25 cancellation processing fee.
No Refund after arrival in South Lake Tahoe.
No Refund if arrival date is changed or reservation is
canceled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
No Refund on Holiday Reservations.
