A deposit of $120 per person must be received
within 5 days of verbal confirmation.
If Payment is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date,
payment must be made by money order or cashiers check.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation or Date Change, regardless of reason,
is subject to a minimum $25 cancellation processing fee.
Deposit, less $25, will be refunded if reservation
is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
No Refund if arrival date is changed or reservation is
canceled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
No Refund after arrival in South Lake Tahoe.
